Warm flour tortilla folded with smoked Gouda
Avocado, ripened mango and cilantro completed with
A drizzle of Ancho Chili Aioli

Fresh Crab Salad
Fresh Chesapeake bay blue crab
Lightly seasoned with cracked peppercorn
Citrus vinaigrette and fennel shaving
Served inside a red Belgian endive boat

Gazpacho “Shooter”
Small sip of a summer favorite with
Ripe tomatoes, sweet onions
Crisp cucumbers garnished with fresh cilantro
Paired with seasonal berries and clusters of grapes

The First Course

Mache and Frisee
A spring favorite with tender Mache and new frisee

Angus beef 8 oz filet rubbed with fresh herbs

shallot demi glace

Roasted Fingerling Potatoes
With fresh thyme, garlic and crushed chili flakes
