Meeting her husband, Giuseppe, over a slice of his famed carrot cake, Salem has enjoyed being surrounded by the delicious flavors and beautiful events he creates daily. Salem Ciuffa left her professional career in marketing and business development to take the position of Executive Director of Administration and Marketing for GIUSEPPE Restaurants & Fine Catering.

With a passion for entertaining to equal her husband's, Salem ensures the company's professionalism and consideration to every detail in each special occasion.
